My Story

Hi, I’m Sadé – baker, cookie artist, mother of two and founder of our sweet little bakery in Ballito. For years, I navigated the corporate world, but my true passion has always been in the kitchen, experimenting with flavours and creating sweet treats that bring smiles to people’s faces. In 2025, I decided to trade in my spreadsheets for a baker’s apron, and Crumb Culture was born.

Minimum Order

To ensure we can dedicate the proper care and artistry to your order, we begin our custom biscuit creations with a minimum of one dozen (12) biscuits. This allows us to fire up the ovens just for you and dive deep into the creative process, making your batch a truly bespoke experience from the very first ingredient.
Designs

Your vision is our blueprint! All our iced biscuits are 100% tailored to your event, from colour palettes to specific themes. To maintain the highest level of detail and quality in our hand-piped art, a standard one-dozen order includes up to three unique designs. This allows us to focus on making each design flawless while still providing a beautiful variety within your set. If you have a larger order or a more complex vision, please let us know, and we can discuss a custom plan for you.
